香港置業將軍澳海悅豪園分行市務經理 (銷售)莊家豪表示,日前促成將軍澳君傲灣2座高層B室,實用面積約651平方呎,3房連套房間隔,座向東望山景,原叫價$980萬,累減$115萬後獲區內客以約$865萬承接作自住之用,實用面積平均呎價約$13,287。
據悉,新買家為區內首置客,心儀單位間隔實用及高層開揚,故睇樓數次後即拍板承接上述單位。業主於2009年6月以約$370萬購入上述單位,持貨約13年,是次轉手帳面獲利約$495萬,單位升值逾1.3倍。
