美聯物業將軍澳天晉匯分行營業經理羅定康表示，該行剛促成一宗將軍澳中心3座中低層E室，實用面積約465平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，業主原本叫價$680萬，其後減價至$664萬，獲區內買家洽詢。買家心儀單位間隔四正，內櫳企理，故決定承接單位自住。經議價後，單位最終以$648萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$13,935。

參考成交資料，原業主於2008年2月以262萬元購入上述物業，持貨約16年，是次轉手帳面賺約$386萬，或約147.3%。
