寶時大廈減70萬易手

 香港文匯報訊  中原豪宅STATELYHOME西半山高級分行經理簡英譓表示,該行最新促成寶時大廈中層A室易手,單位實用面積469呎,兩房間隔。原業主叫價780萬元,後隨市況調整,減價至730萬元,最後經買家還價,終以710萬元成交,累積減幅約9%,實呎價15,139元,仍屬市價。買家為投資客,打算作收租用途。買家入市須繳付雙倍印花稅7.5%,即53.25萬元。原業主則於2008年以392萬元入市,是次沽出單位賬面獲利318萬元,單位升值逾8成。
