　香港文匯報訊　中原豪宅STATELYHOME西半山高級分行經理簡英譓表示，該行最新促成寶時大廈中層A室易手，單位實用面積469呎，兩房間隔。原業主叫價780萬元，後隨市況調整，減價至730萬元，最後經買家還價，終以710萬元成交，累積減幅約9%，實呎價15,139元，仍屬市價。買家為投資客，打算作收租用途。買家入市須繳付雙倍印花稅7.5%，即53.25萬元。原業主則於2008年以392萬元入市，是次沽出單位賬面獲利318萬元，單位升值逾8成。
