香港樓市即將迎來宏安地產（01243）位於黃大仙鳴鳳街28號的全新重建項目「薈鳴」，計劃提供230個住宅單位。宏安地產執行董事程德韻宣布，該項目預計於明年1月開始推售，並力爭成為2024年度的樓市開售先鋒。

程德韻透露，「薈鳴」將於下個月提供樓書資料和公開首張價單，首批約50伙住宅單位將會推出，定價將參考東九龍新樓盤和區內二手物業的成交價格。項目主要瞄準區內公共居屋的分流家庭和年輕購房者，同時考慮為專業人士提供購房優惠政策。

「薈鳴」的戶型範圍多元化，實用面積介乎178至375平方呎，戶型多樣，從開放式到兩房單位應有盡有。每個單位都配備了De Dietrich品牌的蒸焗爐、抽油煙機、雪櫃和洗衣乾衣機等高端家電。

面對近期一手樓市回暖，成交量有所增加，資助房屋市場熱絡，程德韻對於房屋市場的剛性需求持正面看法。宏安地產亦計畫於明年下半年推出港島地區的兩大項目，分別位於北角炮台山的英皇道項目約250個單位，以及鰂魚涌的芬尼街項目約90個單位，為香港樓市注入新活力。
