祥益地產-謝利官經理表示，成交單位為天水圍屏欣苑A座低層1室，實用面積445平方呎，2房。日前獲外區綠表客垂青，該買家鍾情屋苑鄰近鐵路站，交通便利，而且樓齡較新，加上原業主累減$22萬的議幅，新買家考慮到上述屋苑鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，遂便決定以$368萬(居二市場價)購入上址，實用面積平均呎價為$8,270，屬市場價成交。

原業主於2018年以約$206萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$162萬。
