祥益地產高級分行經理林家倫表示，日前天水圍居屋天富苑錄得一宗居二市場的成交個案。
林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為E座低層2室，實用面積650呎，三房兩廳連套廁。日前獲區內客垂青，新買家擁白居二資格，表示鍾情屋苑周邊配套不俗，而且單位內附企裝及廳房景觀開揚，加上原業主累積減價$17萬，新買家有感樓價可以負擔以及屋苑鄰近家人，方便日後互相照應，遂便決定以$413萬(居二市場價)購入，以實用面積計算呎價為$6354，屬市價成交。
