祥益地產 - 林家倫經理表示，嘉湖山莊為十大藍籌屋苑之一，環境優美且交通便利，吸引不少區內外客入市。日前，該行錄得一宗賞湖居「即睇即買」成交，單位為2期(賞湖居)5座低層E室，實用面積448平方呎，採兩房一廳間隔。

據悉，新買家為區內客，因屋苑鄰近家人且配套完善，見業主累減$46萬，價格合適，遂以$352萬購入單位自住，實用呎價$7,857，屬市價成交。資料顯示，原業主於2006年以約$105萬購入，持貨18年，帳面升值逾2倍。
