美聯物業 - 黃信豪經理表示，租務旺季來臨，天水圍嘉湖山莊租務成交熾熱。該行最新促成天水圍嘉湖山莊中層單位，新租客斥$1.08萬承租，實用呎租約$24.2，業主享回報約6.2厘。

黃信豪表示，租出單位為天水圍嘉湖山莊景湖居14座中層E室，實用面積446平方呎，採2房間隔。據悉，業主以$1.15萬放租後獲新租客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$1.08萬成交，實用呎租約$24.2。

資料顯示，業主於2011年以約$208萬購入單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約6.2厘。
