天后半新樓DIVA減價$25萬至$825萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是天后半新樓DIVA低層C室，單位實用面積約493平方呎，2房間隔單位，眺望東南為主，原業主放盤價為$850萬，最終減價$25萬至$825萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$16,734，減價約3%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2017年3月以$948萬購入上址，持貨7年帳面損失$123萬，期間跌價13%。
