香港文匯報訊（記者　黃嘉銘）工廈市場近日交投量回温，興勝創建旗下大角咀全新工廈The Bedford近日再推新價單。

美聯工商助理營業董事羅志明表示，物業目前已售出9層樓面，現時放售樓層位於8樓至27樓，樓層面積一律3,040方呎，按最新價單，呎價由6,400元至10,500元不等，售價1,915.2萬至3,192萬元。另有地下樓層尚未有定價。其中8樓至10樓以及15樓可分拆半層出售，而23樓以上高層可以優先選購車位，高層呎價則由7,600元起。

羅氏補充，The Bedford位於大角咀必發道91號，樓高24層，一層一伙，每層面積約3,040方呎，以及逾千呎的地廠，可改作零售用途。物業業主除長線投資者，亦包括宗教團體、廠商等自用客戶。
