香港置業西九龍丰匯分行首席聯席董事張仲賢表示，日前促成大角咀形品．星寓中層E室租賃成交，實用面積約370平方呎，建築面積約475平方呎，1房連露台間隔，望海景，原叫租$1.7萬，後減至$1.53萬獲承租，實用面積平均呎租$41.4，建築面積平均呎租$32.2。

據悉，新租客為外區夫婦，鍾情單位地點交通便利，配套齊全，故僅睇樓1次後即決定承租上述單位。業主於2010年7月以約$392.8萬購入上述單位，若以現時租金水平計算，業主可享現金回報約4.7厘。
