大埔逸瓏灣8 $1.58萬租出 業主可享約2.9厘租金回報

中原地產大埔優景里分行經理何偉雄表示，日前促成大埔逸瓏灣8最新錄3C座中層C室，單位實用面積494平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$1.7萬，議價後以$1.58萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$32。

據了解，新租客為同區家庭客，見放盤租金合理，即租入單位自用。原業主則於2019年以$643萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.9厘租金回報。
