中原地產大埔逸瓏灣第二分行經理吳華彩表示，日前促成大埔逸瓏灣8 3A座中層A單位，實用面積779平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1,200萬，議價後以$1,180萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$15,148。
中原吳華彩表示，新買家為換樓客，為住近家人，見屋苑樓齡較新，單位價錢合理，拍板入市單位自住之用。據了解，原業主於2019年以約$1,134萬購入單位，持貨4年轉售，帳面獲利約$46萬離場，單位期內升值約4%。
