中原地產大埔豪宅九肚山第三分行資深區域營業經理賴思沛表示，樓市觀望氣氛濃厚，不少用家打算先租樓自住。大埔白石角雲滙最新錄2座中層B6室，單位實用面積454平方呎，2房連開放式廚房間隔，開價約$18,000，近日雙方議價後以$17,500租出，實用面積呎租約$38.5。
中原賴思沛表示，新租客為外區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2020年以$768萬購入上址，是次租出單位可享約2.7厘租金回報。
