中原地產大埔中心分行資深區域營業經理方翰達表示，大埔昌運中心剛錄本月首宗成交，屋苑新近錄1座中層2房C室，單位實用面積339平方呎，建築面積451平方呎，放盤時開價約$535萬，日前議價後以$518萬易手，實用平均呎價$15,280。

據了解，原業主於1991年1月以$138萬購入單位，持貨31年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$380萬離場，單位升值約275%。
