中原地產新達廣場資深分區營業經理趙愛蓮表示，日前促成大埔太湖花園最新錄16座中層H室，單位實用面積422平方呎，建築面積556平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$640萬，去年11月減至約$570萬，議價後以$545萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$12,915。
中原趙愛蓮表示，新買家為上車客，見單位配套完善，價錢合理，即購入單位自住。據了解，業主於2010年以$210萬入市上址，持貨13年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$335萬離場，單位升值約1.6倍。
