大埔中心2房議價後以$325萬承接 單位期內升值1.1倍

美聯物業-梁葦姮經理表示,成交單位為大埔中心3期23座低層D窒,實用面積約325平方呎,2房間隔,向西南望園景。據悉,原業主早前以$348萬放售單位,獲同區自用客洽詢,雙方議價後以$325萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約$10,000。新買家心儀單位望內園景,環境清靜,而且價錢相宜,故睇樓後即時承接單位。

原業主於2017年以$150萬買入單位,持貨8年,是次沽出帳面獲利約$175萬,單位期內升值1.1倍。
