美聯物業-梁葦姮經理表示，成交單位為大埔中心3期23座低層D窒，實用面積約325平方呎，2房間隔，向西南望園景。據悉，原業主早前以$348萬放售單位，獲同區自用客洽詢，雙方議價後以$325萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$10,000。新買家心儀單位望內園景，環境清靜，而且價錢相宜，故睇樓後即時承接單位。

原業主於2017年以$150萬買入單位，持貨8年，是次沽出帳面獲利約$175萬，單位期內升值1.1倍。
