美聯物業港島西-寶翠園分行首席高級營業經理郭詠詩表示，該行剛促成堅尼地城加惠臺2座高層F室單位租盤成交，實用面積約464平方呎，建築面積約589平方呎，兩房間隔，望全山景，由於單位叫價吸引，而樓價更低於銀行估價，故獲同區用家鍾情，並以$875萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約為$18,858，建築面積平均呎價約為$14,856。
據了解，原業主於2005年3月份以約$250萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$625萬，物業升值約2.5倍。
