中環娛樂行一籃子單位放租，美聯商業區域營業董事周永亨表示，單位包括9樓A室、15樓A及B室、22樓A室及29樓全層單位，面積介乎約2,372至4,943方呎，意向呎租約83元至98元。
梁安琪於2005年以約27億元購入全幢物業。其中，29樓全層單位已交吉，附有裝潢及傢具，用家可即租即用，其他單位部分亦附有裝潢。由於放租盤源罕有，故一向成交不多，當中大面積全層放租盤更是稀有。以全層4,943方呎，每呎叫租98元計算，月租逾48.4萬元。
該行指，早前受中環美利道停車場消息帶動，部分意向呎租升至每平方呎租金約100元，隨着市場消化消息，目前業主願意輕微調整呎租，但相信大幅回調空間有限。
