四太宅地變商廈不獲批

香港文匯報訊 (記者顏倫樂) 賭王何鴻燊四太梁安琪與相關人士持有的灣仔道101至111號明德商業大廈、慶邦樓，地盤面積7,072方呎，現屬「住宅(甲類)」用地，本來可以不需申請建住宅，但四太等寧願興建商廈，早前向城規會申請以15倍發展106,079方呎，但規劃署意見不支持，認為沒有理據證明地盤適合商業發展，項目交通配套亦不完善，加上房屋短缺，改變用途將減少住宅單位供應。城規會將於明天審議申請，預料不獲通過。
