嘉碧大廈逾半業權標售

大廈，有一業主將持有的19個單位，合共53.1%的業權以公開招標形式推出市場放售，6月5日截標。負責是次代理工作的高力國際(香港)投資服務部高級董事甄浚岷表示，該廈望木球會景觀，鄰近佐敦地鐵站，買家若收購足夠業權可考慮發展酒店或重建商廈。

嘉碧大廈位於柯士甸道與覺士道交界，佔地逾2,700方呎，嘉碧大廈為一幢樓高15層的商業大廈，建於1976年，總樓面面積約29,943方呎，是次業主放售的單位合共19個，總建築面積17,923平方呎，佔60%；若以地盤面積2,723方呎計，屬53.1%不可分割業權，具長遠投資重建價值。

另外，美聯旺舖區域營業董事游院玲表示，該行正獨家代理放售灣仔船街1-7號地舖及1樓全層事宜，放售物業地舖面積400方呎，連1樓全層面積3,800方呎，合共4,200方呎，意向售價1.3億元。該舖鄰近高級住宅嘉薈軒，以及大型寫字樓合和中心一期，預計每月收租約33萬元，交吉出售。
