香港文匯報訊美聯商業鄧少安表示，本行正放售一個中環嘉寶商業大廈高層單位，面積2,930方呎，意向呎價1.48萬元，售價4,330萬元。該廈買賣放盤短缺，上址為物業唯一的逾2,000呎並可交吉放售單位，實屬罕有。

鄧氏補充，嘉寶商業大廈位於中環擺花街，作為核心區乙廈，價格與區內甲廈仍有一大段距離，為用家及投資者吸納作長線投資的「筍盤」。而且，物業大廈附設停車場，亦屬區內罕有設施。
