隨著啟德海灣第1期的即將入伙，嘉華、會德豐地產及中國海外的合作項目正迎來新一波銷售高潮。為滿足市場需求，開發商加推第4號價單共108伙，並特別推出38個「置佳時機限定折扣單位」，涵蓋7個一房、28個兩房及3個三房單位，個別單位享有高達34%的折扣，預計本周六正式開售。

嘉華國際的營銷及市場策劃總監温偉明表示，啟德海灣第1期的入伙日期預計為下月，並指出近期已收到眾多準買家的查詢和參觀現樓的要求。為此，開發商已開始接受預約，讓準買家能夠參觀交樓標準的現樓單位。

啟德海灣分為兩期發展，總計提供2138伙住宅單位。目前正在銷售的第1期包括1017伙，由3幢相連的物業組成，分別為2A、2B及2C座，每座樓高31層，標準樓層設有9至13伙。單位面積從269至771平方呎不等，戶型包括從1房至3房的多元化選擇，其中2房單位最為主打，佔全盤約55%。
