商舖上月摩貨飆升

香港文匯報訊中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出，本港9月錄得商舖「摩貨」買賣合約登記共12宗，總值2,819萬元，較8月的1宗及800萬元明顯上升。至於商舖「摩貨」佔整體買賣比例為6.8%，較8月的0.8%下降6個百分點。

值得注意是，9月近七成的商舖「摩貨」登記來自英皇道亞洲大廈商舖，共8宗總值1,893萬元。

上季摩貨量額齊挫

按季統計方面，今年第三季商舖「摩貨」買賣合約登記錄得94宗，總值1.37億元，較第二季的176宗及4.65億元下降46.6%及70.5%，當中登記金額連續兩季錄得逾億元。
