中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出， 2017年1月份商廈車位錄13宗及2,303萬元，較2016年12月23宗及3,722萬元下跌43.5%及38.1%。宗數連跌兩個月共50%，並創2016年8月份10宗後5個月新低。金額亦連跌3個月共62.2%，同創2016年8月份2,218萬元後5個月新低。
新春長假期前商廈車位成交持續淡靜，料2月份的登記數字繼續於低位徘徊。
1月份車位登記宗數較多的商廈為屯門中央廣場，錄得4宗登記總值288萬元。其次為上環中遠大廈及石門京瑞廣場，同樣錄得3宗登記，分別總值802萬元及740萬元。
分區統計，只有港島區錄得按月升幅。2017年1月份錄5宗及1,232萬元，略高於2016年12月4宗及1,199萬元。新界區錄8宗及1,071萬元，按月跌33.3%及21.5%。九龍區則沒有錄得任何商廈車位成交。
