商廈車位買賣14宗跌33%

香港文匯報訊 中原地產研究部指出，2月商廈車位買賣合約登記錄得14宗，較1月的21宗下降33.3%。

按大廈統計，錄得最多商廈車位登記宗數為九龍灣常悅道恩浩國際中心，錄得7宗，總值960萬元。筲箕灣耀興道東匯廣場及屯門海榮路屯門中央廣場各錄得2宗，分別總值150萬元及56萬元。
