和域臺51單位集體標售

香港文匯報訊　位於九龍塘和域道的和域臺，最新以招標形式出售逾43%業權，合共51個單位。

獲業主委託代理招標事宜的第一太平戴維斯表示，和域臺現由4座10層高住宅共117個單位組成，地盤面積約125,970平方呎，以地積比率3倍計算，最高可重建面積達37萬餘平方呎。

第一太平戴維斯住宅物業發展及投資部副資深董事周德輝表示，物業重建潛力估計會吸引不少發展商。今年九龍塘物業及地皮交投暢旺，如筆架山龍翔道地皮由嘉里建設以樓面地價每平方呎2.05萬投得，而義德道1號豪宅最近以3.6億元售出，可出售面積為4,412方呎，呎價達82,253元。
