君臨天下銀主盤無人要

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）忠誠昨天推出13項物業，惟未能拍出任何項目，當天不乏大額銀主物業，其中九龍站君臨天下2座中層B室銀主盤，實用面積1,049方呎，連1車位，開價3,600萬元，呎價約34,318元，但現場承價乏力，最終因未到底價而收回。資料顯示，去年9月中上述物業曾以3,600萬元開價拍賣；而今年初物業曾傳出獲洽，惟至今仍未易手。

拍賣會13物業全收回

昨日拍賣活動中，紅磡海逸豪園12A座低層A室銀主盤，實用面積1,102方呎，以1,380萬元起賣，獲承價至1,440萬元，但未到底價而收回。該銀主盤在去年9月曾開價1,400萬元拍賣，惟未獲承接。

場內亦有價碼較小的銀主物業，粉嶺華明邨耀明樓高層1室，實用面積381方呎，銀主原定以綠表價118萬元、自由市場價178萬元開價，而昨天推拍時再作調整，改以綠表價88萬元、自由市場價170萬元開拍，惟仍未能吸引承價而收回。

至於該行下周再有巨額物業推拍，旺角彌敦道726號中層全層，建築面積約2,200方呎，開價5,900萬元，呎價逾2.68萬元，下周將以一開即售方式推拍。
