美聯物業又一村分行首席助理聯席董事蕭偉祥表示，成交單位為又一村又一居28座中高層A室，實用面積606方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，室內空間感大，由於屬低密度住宅，居住環境寧靜，加上市場氣氛轉旺，吸引用家承接，原叫價$1,060萬，成交價$1,030萬，實用面積平均呎價約$16,997。

據了解，原業主於2011年4月斥資$758萬承接，是次轉手帳面獲利$272萬，升值約36%。
