美聯物業北角柏景臺分行聯席區域經理曾有聰表示，日前錄得北角泰華大廈低層D室單位，實用面積約為522平方呎，3房間隔，原叫價$620萬，議價後以約$580萬連租約購入物業，實用面積平均呎價$11,111。
據了解，買樓為長線收租客，由於物業樓價低水，而上述物業鄰近港鐵站，只是數分鐘步程，交通方便，故租務潛力不俗，故決定購入單位。
