世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角明威大廈高層A室，單位實用面積約457平方呎，屬2房設計，向西眺望開揚樓景，叫價達$800萬，累減$132萬至$668萬成交，實用平均呎價$14,617。


據了解，單位原業主2012年3月以約$380萬購入上址單位，業主持貨僅10年，單位升值76%。
