世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角七姊妹道天順樓頂層兩房單位，單位實用面積約409平方呎，並連有約350平方呎天台，成交價$700萬，實用呎價約$17,115，業主原叫價為$750萬，減價$50萬成交，減幅約6.7%。
蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主2018年3月以$638萬購入上址單位，業主持貨4年帳面獲利$62萬，期間單位升值約10%。
