世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角城市花園12座中層E單位，單位實用面積約871平方呎，單位屬3房連主人套房設計，向北眺望樓景為主，最終成交價$1,050萬，原業主叫價$1,200萬，減價$150萬成交，實用面積平均呎價低見$12,055。

蔡嘉駿補充，業主早於2002年3月樓市低位以$290萬購低價入上址單位，持貨23年帳面勁賺$760萬，期間單位市值大幅增加2.6倍。
