世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角城市花園12座低層C室，單位實用面積約775平方呎，3房連套房設計，向西南面眺望樓景，最終以約$1,045萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$13,484。

據悉，單位原業主於2013年6月以$910萬購入上址，業主持貨10年帳面獲利$135萬，期間升值約15%而已。
