世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角健威花園E座低層03室，單位實用面積約456平方呎，2房間隔單位，向西南眺望開揚樓景為主，原業主原先放盤價為$650萬，最終減價$37萬至$613萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$13,443。
世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主早於2009年11月以$257.5萬購入上址，持貨14年帳面獲利$355.5萬，期間升值約1.4倍。
