北角丹拿花園3房改2房減價$100萬至$1,020萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園3座高層H室，單位實用面積約665平方呎，3房改為2房單位，向北面眺望樓景為主，業主去年10月，原叫價為$1,120萬，最終減價$100萬至$1,020萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$15,429。

世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2012年5月購入上址，當時購入價為$708萬，持貨11年帳面獲利$312萬，期間升值44%。
