冠華鏡廠3億購譽都舖位

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）筲箕灣近期有不少住宅相繼入伙，促使實力投資者持續關注舖位市場。消息指，冠華鏡廠以3.08億元買入筲箕灣譽都地舖至1樓全數樓面，呎價23,692元。

美聯旺舖游院玲表示，位於筲箕灣道的譽都，地舖至1樓全數樓面合共面積約13,000方呎，剛以3.08億元易手，舖位現時分別由多間食肆、便利店及銀行承租，月租收入合共約77萬元。

太地擬售在建辦公樓

此外，太古地產（1972）公佈，正考慮悉售一幢九龍灣辦公樓物業權益。早前有傳媒報道，太地擬出售仍在興建的宏照道與臨利街交界商廈項目，估值或逾80億元。太地於2013年投得地皮，可建樓面55.5萬方呎，計劃2017年竣工。
