香港文匯報訊　白表居屋效應帶動下，刺激二手公屋交投連續三個月上升。中原地產研究部昨日指出，3月二手公屋買賣合約登記錄58宗，總值1.12億元。宗數較2月的57宗升1.8%，創八個月新高，而金額較2月的1.19億元跌5.9%。當中，最高金額個案來自大埔運頭塘邨運亨樓20樓單位，錄365萬元。

按季方面，今年首季二手公屋買賣合約登記錄得145宗，總值3億元，較去年第四季的94宗及1.99億元，分別上升54.3%及50.8%。其中，1月黃大仙鳳德邨雪鳳樓11樓單位以400萬元成交價，躋身歷年第六高。至於首季宗數最多屋苑為黃大仙竹園北邨，錄11宗登記。
