內地廠商購荃灣工廈

香港文匯報訊 (記者 梁悅琴) 早前獲資深投資者熱捧的荃灣海盛路11號ONE MIDTOWN,再錄成交。美聯工商助理營業董事王浩賢表示,該廈低層18室剛以330萬元成交,面積約774平方呎,呎價約4,264元,新買家為內地廠商,看好荃灣區未來發展空間大,故購入上述單位作為香港辦公室。原業主於2012年3月以231.2萬元購入單位,呎價約2,987元,並以每平方呎4,500元,即意向價約348.3萬放售,買家經過多次與業主磋商,業主最終將售價微調5%促成交易。

連同上述成交計算,近兩月ONE MIDTOWN共錄6宗成交,成交當中有3宗為山景戶單位。單位面積約850平方呎至約980平方呎,成交價介乎320萬至600萬元,呎價介乎約3,700元至5,400元。
