內地客4億洽灣仔舖

　香港文匯報訊　中原(工商舖)代理出售後，灣仔駿逸峰一籃子舖位招售反應理想，地舖獲內地客洽購，現市值約5億元。中原(工商舖)謝靜嫻表示，駿逸峰地舖獲數財團查詢，其中有內地投資客對地舖興趣甚濃，出價近4億元洽購，惟未達業主意向水平，正磋商中。

　她表示，物業1樓及2樓叫價分別為1.4億及1.365億元，亦獲多名準買家洽購，準買家多來自餐飲行業。買家並獲送釐印費及2年租金回報保證高達5%等。
