馮根明表示,成交單位為元朗Yoho Midtown 5座高層D室,實用面積約507方呎,屬兩房戶間隔。據悉,單位兩日前以$880萬放售,買家為區內首置客,鍾情單位間格實用、且景觀開揚,故僅睇樓一次即議價$32萬,終以$848萬承接,折合實用呎價約$16,726。
原業主於2010年以$330.9萬買入單位,持貨13年轉售,帳面獲利$517.1萬,或升值1.56倍。
