美聯物業元朗蝶翠峰分行營業經理林建文表示，新近錄得元朗柏𣾷低層連花園戶型，實用面積約565平方呎，附設249平方呎花園，2房間隔，原叫價$718萬，由於是移民盤，雙方三度議價後以$665萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$11,769。

據了解，原業主於2019年以約$682萬購入物業，帳面蝕讓約17萬元。
