　香港文匯報訊　(記者梁悅琴) 由香港賽馬會持有的港島南區深水灣道3號豪宅前日截標，市場消息指出，獲逾3個財團入標爭逐，包括上市公司及傳統家族，標價傳聞由10.8億至13億元不等，即呎價由12萬至15萬元，若落實成交，將可望打破全港屋地呎價新高。市傳莊士國際亦有份入標，至於傳聞中有份入標的何鴻燊三太及四太，據悉並未入標。

　消息指出，業主香港賽馬會正審查所有標書中，估計一個月內會公布結果。

　莊士國際於南區亦有豪宅項目香島道37號，去年底其C屋以4.35億元售出，呎價達62,143元，打破全港洋房新高呎價紀錄。

赫蘭道12B屋未到價

　另外，市傳有買家出價5億向恒基地產買入南灣赫蘭道12B屋，呎價49,885元，不過，恒基地產營業部總經理林達民昨表示，此買家未出到價，仍在商討中，尚未簽約。資料顯示，赫蘭道12B屋的建築面積10,023呎，另有前花園2,814呎、後花園3,441呎、天台1,619呎、平台643呎、車庫552呎。
