中原地產灣仔囍匯分行副分區營業經理周世康表示，修頓花園7月至今錄得3宗租賃成交，分行促成租賃成交單位為修頓花園高層3室，實用面積423平方呎，建築面積542平方呎，2房間隔，望城市景。業主以$1.6萬將單位租出，折合平均實用呎租$38。

周世康指，業主於2012年以$500萬買入單位，持貨10年，租金回報3.8厘。
