香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）另類物業投資者伍冠流，日前聯同其餘2名業權人，沽出旺角甘霖街廣豐大廈中層S室，面積652方呎，成交價560萬元，呎價8,589元。以三份業權計，平均每份價值187萬元。據悉，伍冠流於2014年以70萬元購入其中一份業權，持貨5年賬面獲利117萬元，升值近1.7倍。
