九龍灣合力工業中心叫價約2億

自港府銳意把九龍東打造成CBD2後，吸引不少投資者持續關注九龍灣工廈市場。美聯工商營業董事張威光指出，該行近日獲業主委託出售九龍灣合力工業中心地廠，物業面積約10,310方呎。上址現時獲車房以約11萬元承租，現時可交吉以約2億元放售，折合每平方呎叫價約19,399元。

張威光續指，上址除了門面闊約87呎外，樓底更高約25呎，目前已有部分位置分間成約9呎高的自設閣樓。合力工業中心位處九龍灣工業區核心地段，旁邊設有公眾停車場，加上鄰近也有不少地廠作為汽車展覽室、物流中心、汽車維修中心等，如買家購入上址作為車房可有強勁的協同效應，具有不俗的投資潛力。
