中原地產上水中心第一分行經理何志忠表示，日前促成上水安盛苑錄中層17室，實用面積384平方呎，建築面積510平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$370萬，議價後以自由市場價$346萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$9,010。

中原何志忠指，新買家為用家，原業主則於2017年以$320萬購入上址，持貨5年，賬面獲利約$26萬離場，單位期內升值約8.1%。
