美聯蔡天賜指，客人透過線上睇樓及了解樓盤資料後，有見上址價格相宜，裝修新淨，而且間隔實用，翌日即聯繫代理上門睇樓，並與原業主洽商承接。原業主於2003年3月以約$16.64萬購入上址。
