Christmas Extraordinaire (HK$5,888)
Designed for the true bon vivant, Christmas Extraordinaire is at the top tier of the range with over 50 items, including truffle-flecked foie gras; Italian olive oil infused with porcini mushrooms; premium-quality Helix escargots from France; candied chestnuts made by Corsiglia, a family company established since the late 1800’s; Aunt Betty’s slow-steamed, brandy-filled plum pudding famous for its homemade taste; and Alain Milliat’s all-natural apricot nectar and red tomato juice.
Festive Beginnings (HK$1,500)
As the name suggests, Festive Beginnings is an all-appetiser selection that can be enjoyed on its own or as a lead-in to the main event. Prosciutto di Parma – the gold standard of Italian ham, Norwegian smoked salmon, pre-portioned brie cheese, duck pâté laced with port wine, and vintage cheddar from the Davidstow creamery in Cornwall, England are among the fresh foods ready to serve.
Family Rendezvous (HK$3,000)
Family Rendezvous is a joyous collection of treats and nibbles perfectly suited for sharing. While the kids have some holiday fun crafting Santa cookies and discovering various flavours of Jelly Belly candy, the adults can tuck into gourmet goose foie gras and cider-sherry Christmas pudding, as well as pop open a bottle of Chandon Brut Rosé, blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, to toast the season. Plenty of biscuits, chocolates and truffles, in addition to Italy’s most famous holiday cake, panettone, completes the hamper.
United Tastes (HK$3,000)
East joins West in the United Tastes hamper, which holds a zesty citrus sake, the purest quality Japanese apple juice, black sesame nougat, cranberry almond toast, handmade almond marzipan fruits, a jar of orange marmalade with a hint of champagne, and beechwood honeydew honey derived from the forests of New Zealand.
