General Terms & Conditions
The trading Terms and Conditions for advertising subscriptions in the squarefoot.com.hk magazine and website and the Inside DB magazine are to change on 21 March, 2009 (the "Effective Date"). A copy of the new Terms & Conditions is enclosed and can also be viewed at here. The new Terms & Conditions will extend to subscriptions for our new commercial site: commercial.squarefoot.com.hk once that site becomes active.
Please ensure that you read the new Terms & Conditions. With effect from the Effective Date you are deemed to agree to the new Terms & Conditions for the remainder of the duration of your contract with us. Please note in particular the new sections titled "Termination of the Service by you" and "Deferral of advertisements" and the changes to the section titled "Packages, Fees and Billing".
The current terms and conditions will continue to apply until the Effective Date and can be viewed at here.
